I enjoy watching these kinds of videos. It helps me get motivated to declutter, clean up and organize. I have two kids a boy and a girl. They're in their 20's and I'm now raising their children ages 3 and 4. Girl and boy. I don't have a big house. All their toys are between the living room and their bedrooms. I'm always looking for ways to keep the toy pile tidy and accessible. While keeping it manageable. It's been an uphill battle so far. Love the before and after in your space. I used the toy rotation when I had just the one grandchild and it worked well. Then the second came along and changed up closet space by a bunch so I don't have the space that I once had. I'm in search of a new toy storage idea. I still have to squeeze in their clothes in those closets. I hope you and your family are doing well. I see this video was from 8 months ago. I imagine you are enjoying all those new born moments. Congratulations!

U r doing a great job. Toy rotation is a great idea. Children get overwhelmed and end up with a mess. If that is stickers on the floor goo gone is great to remove them. U r doing just fine . Shelves will help u could use enclosed shelving and open shelving units. Take care

Make the back wall the place the kids dont go with a curtain or eventually a barn door so the guest room part stays clean and you can still have the guests bed to fold laundry on.

Hello, I watch and love your channel!! I am 49 and have 4 grown children, 31, 28, 26 and 20. Our first grandbaby, a girl arrived in January!!! Love being a Nonna! ❤ All of our kids are out on their own and I'm currently in the process of making our spare bedroom a playroom! Want to go to IKEA for toy storage solutions that will last a long time. I know a lot of people use the cubes boxes and fabric baskets, but they don't really last long before replacing the baskets. The only thing is Ikea is two hours from me. 😢 I'm guessing it will be a one day trip!

That was quite a job Jenia!
OK, to answer some questions. I have two grown up children in their 30s. My daughter is married with a 4yr old boy - Beau, and my son is unmarried & moving to his own flat soon.
I married and had my kids young, as I met my husband just before my 18th birthday!
I have a toy corner for my grandson, as we have him one day a week, plus whenever needed.
I keep puzzles etc in a cupboard.
Only buy dog toys for Boris. Other soft toys can be harmful due to the filler. He will learn quickly that they are just his (the littles need to know this too) and that the kids ones he must leave alone.
That certainly is a big room. It will look lovely with no brown walls, lol.
Take care of yourself and rest often. ❤

Hi Jenia, I feel for you. I can rememeber picking up my kids toys. They had a play room and toys were everywhere. But that was long time ago. My son is 38 and my daughter is 32. I was always afraid to get rid of toys. Because I thought they would want them for their own kids but they dont. I just keep there favorite things for them. But I found myself know what went together and what didn't. Your are so smart to get everything togeether before your babies are born. Love all your videos!

We are a family of 10. We have 8 kids-2 are grown and married. But the other 6 live here at home and range from age 16 down to 3 years old. So we, like you, have toys coming out of our ears! Haha

Another WOW! I have four children, Hayley is 36, Jessica is 29, Maximilian is 16 and Benjamin is 15! My oldest daughter has 2 children who are 7 and 8 and I have a bearded dragon Grandchild called Barnaby! I only has wooden toys as they never broke and were a lot more sturdy. Each of mine had a play Wendy house and a tunnel which they loved! You are so enjoyable to watch x x x x

Hi Jenia, you always do a great job in each video! You get so much done . My dog also likes my kids stuffed toys, just becareful as some have certain beads inside and the eyes and other parts the puppy can choke on. The baby soft toys I gave my dog cause it was safe .

I have two kids big and girl 9&5. I love watching your videos if I am cooking or washing dishes . Your videos help motivate me, especially when folding laundry.
