if Anakin listened to Padme on Mustafar he would still have slaughtered dozens of younglings at the Jedi temple with his own hands. up close and personal. you don't just "come back" from something like that, he was a mass killer of children, pretty sure Obi Wan isn't just gonna let that slide.
