Shop Ideas:
"Cat cafe", but the cafe is for cats. Everything would be in smaller proportions and you could have things like cat trees and stuff around the shop. You could even make it themed, like make it either really dark and spooky, really cute, or like a cat worshipping site with a statue and everything.

"Flower shop", but it feels like stepping directly into a forest with flowers everywhere, and some custom trees and bushes in the back to make it feel like it just keeps going. You could have branches coming out of the walls that hang flowers. This idea also gives the option of decorating the outside of the shop as well, such as a flower cart.

A shop that locks you in and sells you the key to leave. If they can’t pay, they have to wait for someone to come along and buy them out

An idea : How about putting a respawn anchor in the nether so you don’t technically sleep to respawn but you can still respawn close to BTM

An idea for one of the buildings:

The black deepslate building (the one that is empty) could be a forge with lots of lava, anvils and iron

I’m a little late to the party, and I’m sure someone else has said this, but if you’ve got a shop near the end of the alleyway that you don’t know what to do with, you can always make it seemed abandoned! Cobwebs, decay, vines, etc. Itd be a cool thing just to fill in those last few that you might be running out of ideas for

Grian should make a full interior for the joke shop, and have things like tnt chambers, fireworks randomly going off, and potions splashing everywhere. Not a real shop of course, but a goofy environment to be in :)

Shop idea: ‘Back” a shop that only shows the back of items to make up for all the backs of builds Grian hasn’t done

Grian, make one of the shops an apothecary: selling spider eyes, glowstone, scar's head in order to make potions. Personally I think it should be on the crimson shop on the left or the grey one also on the left. : )

My theory about the moon: The exposed void in the Boat'em Hole is what is pulling the moon closer :O

Shop Idea: Maybe a shop full of alchemy, potions and brewing stands could be magical and could fit in the alley.
