An idea: fill the remaining space in the Alley with a magical library, with irregularly placed bookshelves, enchanting tables, candles in the air, amethysts hanging down from the ceiling and other stuff, maybe ask Cleo if she's able to create some flying books using armor stands... That might be a nice addition to the Midnight Alley collection

Just a good idea: You can put candles floating in the alley that is lit, it actually adds a lot of atmosphere when it comes to magical themes. The fiery particles mixes well with the spore blossom's particle.

A hanging gardens or plant shop would bring more life into the alley, and there's lots of interesting, open ceiling designs you could do, like a rooftop garden. Plus, you can make it extra magical. Love seeing how it's all coming together!
