but to be honest, I'm really really fond of this music especially how it fits with Rei Ayanami's struggle and life.

It's just so captivating and melancholic enough to make you somehow wonder like Rei's do "what am i?" "who am i" "What is the purpose of my life?" etc etc.

The existensial crisis and craving of self love with the help of others really portrayed very well in this music
