Omg we also made some of the mistakes mentioned here a lot too!
Especially with the audio 😆
One time we collabed with a restaurant to do a full review video. About halfway we didn’t realise we turned off the audio receiver of our lav mic, so half of the footage don’t have the sound on 😭😭
Lucky we realised it while still in the restaurant.
We ended up retaking the talking part separately 😔 and use the broll to show the food in the video.

Hi guys! What's up? Totally agree with not recording audio too loud. Nabol sometimes gets too excited and then I have to figure thing out. Alli! We've also had to go back to rerecord things a few times during trips for the same reason. But at least we checked the footage those times to be able to catch it. Haha

Forgetting the cable or the on button for the mic is something we forgot reasonably often back a while ago and still mess up on from time to time... same with the loudness hahahaha. Two years later still making the same mistakes 😅

I think I can say I already made almost all those mistakes, but this is part of the learning process isn't it ?
On my DSLR it happens really frequently to be in the wrong mode/frame rate..
Mic picking because its bad quality or not compatible with my go pro, and battery issues also happen all the time with go pro

Wait, I'm not the only who made these mistakes? I tend to forget the little accessories like mounts, plates, batteries for gear other than my cameras, extension cords connections and filters. Stuff happens so I usually make a plan B.
