Lol! Being a topper myself, there is no need of fuckin attractive notes, they are hard to make, you focus on quality more than study material, they are time consuming, henceforth just make simple and steady notes and just study from them.

As a good grader ..I only use blue pen to make my notes ... i don't think there is a need to make notes attractive its all about understanding the concept..😶

Being a class-12 student I am telling you don't waste your time in making this thing called "Attractive notes".Make normal and steady notes as always there is no need of designing and making it attractive, this is just waste of time. "Parne wale kahi se bhi par lete hein" This is a true line.

Just stick to the syllabus by board and study it from one point properly...then make ur own notee ( but do not need to decorate it just simpal black blue pen and pencil)
And previous years u can take for consideration but 2-3 months before the paper that' it
