Just so were clear on difficulty, it highly depends on your dominant language

So knowing english or any romantic language will make french easier

Knowing any east asian language such as japanese will make something like Mongolian or Tibetan easier

Knowing arabic languages will make something like farsi easier

And knowing Germanic languages will make something like Scandinavian languages easier

Since I already learned English, I don't have to struggle with hard phonetics at all, for me it's pretty easy, but german, it has too much words that are not similar to other languages, for that reason I would say french

German actually gets harder the
deeper you go. Learning the article changes, prepositions, vocabulary that starts getting progressively different form English. Much more complex grammar.

French gets easier with more words progressively getting similar to english. For example “convince” French: convaincre.
German: überzeugen. Many more examples, too. All and all, German will take a much longer time to reach fluency.

Not pronouncing what is written is a deal breaker for me, i can handle the hard grammar but i feel like i could spend longer period trying to figure out how to write the words in a correct way if there's a difference between the pronunciation and the litters

Sorry to say but it's pronunciation is pronounced as Pranunsiashan not pronounsiashn because it doesn't contain noun..
