Severe North American Car Crashes 9

preview_player
Показать описание
A compilation of extreme car crashes, limited to crashes located in North America. USA, Canada, and Mexico for now.

I modified the video format a bit. Hope it's not too bothersome. I removed the dates because I don't think they are necessary (EDIT: I’ll consider adding them back). The info sources are moved to the spreadsheet.
I forgot to add submission credits in the video, but thanks to "Brutal Car Accidents" for providing some of these clips.

HOW TO READ THE VIDEO:
- *Top left* contains the *location and the information*.
- *Top right* contains the *clip number and the associated country flag*.
- *Bottom left* contains the *clip source* (separate from the information source)

(in case you have any doubts about any information in the video or want to read more about them)

Please see the pinned comment for other important information.

FAQ
Q: What is a "cammer"?
A: The driver of the camera (POV) vehicle. This term isn't new (some uses date back to 2015-16 on r/roadcam), but it's not an official word/definition either.

Q: What is considered a minor/major/whatever injury?
A: That is a question you'd have to ask the authors, as this information is taken directly from the text provided by the article/source of the clip.

Q: Are explosions considered crashes?
A: Probably. I'm including them anyway because they can still cause significant damage to a vehicle.

Q: Why do some clips cut off too early?
A: Any clip with weird cutoffs are how they were originally uploaded by the OP.

Q: Why are some clips blurred/censored?
A: Most of those clips came with the censorship already edited in. Sometimes, I add the censorship myself. Either way, I prefer to keep these edits so the video won't get removed. If you really want to see uncensored graphic clips for some reason, there's certain subreddits for that on Reddit, or you can go to Twitter.

In some cases, a crash may end up being reused from a previous compilation. This happens when:
- a better quality version of the clip is found,
- the clip is an additional angle,
- I want to give proper credit/display correct information, or
- I forgot that I used it previously.

It's crazy when you see a crash that doesn't look that bad, yet half the family are wiped out, and then see cars completely unrecognisable wrapped around light poles and the driver has bruises.

12:09 "3 children in the car died"

This one is horrific to me, because it implies the parents didn't, but all of their kids did. I couldn't imagine the horror.

31:07 - What a fucking... on his phone, at that speed, in that size of a vehicle, approaching an intersection!! I'm sure he's not the only one in this video, but actually seeing it and that someone died because of it is infuriating.

I'll never understand real life. A car can wrap around a pole at a billion miles an hour and explode and the driver survives with only a cut lip or something, but someone clips another car and drives into a ditch at low speed and everyone and their mum in a five mile radius is dead.

I guess it all comes down to where you're hit and what safety rating your car has.

Thank you for not pausing the video's for 20 seconds each time for us to read the descriptions, but rather letting us pause if we want to. You're the best crash compilation channel.

Love this channel. No ads, yet such dedication to detail. Need more channels like you!

I absolutely hate how common of a theme is that the drivers who caused the accidents in the first place are usually the ones who end up surviving, while those just driving normally and were struck end up perishing

Slippery, snow covered roads and almost zero visibility and people STILL drive like it's sunny, dry and 80 out! What is wrong with people?!

Just when I thought you weren't coming back!

My only, only gripe is that I miss the dates being included, but for all the hard work you put in, I will gladly take this haha
