This is actually workout #2... 1st I used the BG 12min tabata timer to do a shoulder & bicep dumbell workout... After that I took a little break and then finished with this turbo walk... Time flew by i loved this one... i didnt do previous because i worked the night shift when this was posted... I already consumed 64oz of water today towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 436 calories and completed 3, 538 steps... Today's green smoothie is spinach green cabbage banana mandarins strawberries & flax seeds blended with water... I am not sure if I will do a long yoga practice tomorrow or what but I will be back 🎉
