Maxpedition is about to hit their 20th year in business...and for 2022 they have gone back to their Legacy series of products. In this video we take a look at some new products that have been introduced into the legacy series to show the overall design and construction. The Havyk1, Havyk 2, and Trifecta are three great products that will have their own feature videos, but in this video we take a very first look and gain some impressions. Future videos will go into field use and detailed reviews for each of these new legacy products.

Good looking gear! My channel actually started back many years ago with reviewing Maxpedition products, I’m not much of a fan nowadays but they’ll always be the OG of tactical (looking) hiking and edc gear in my book. I feel without Maxpedition there’s a lot of great brands today that we might not have had.

I like these packs! I also ordered their new 2022 rolly poly belt pouch in wolf grey! Few things about the 38Liter pack. I kinda wish the shoulder straps had load lifters.! Cause to me anything over 35 Liters you kinda want load lifters! A removable (maybe even padded) hip belt would have been nice too. Cause Maxpedition used to sell padded waistbelt/sling bag wings. I get it though, keeping it simple. They could have also made versions of both bags in both sizes. Like having the water bottle zipper pockets options on both the 38 Liter and the 32L and having the zipper side pouch options on both the 32L and 38L sizes. Still i like their thinking! Nice bags for sure!! Nice reviews!
