Day-6 | SAVE this workout🏸🏸

In Interval training try to complete 3 shuttles in 25 seconds. And rest for 40s and do this 5 times.
Then rest for 3 minutes.
.
Then in the next 5 sets take rest of 30 seconds after each set. Then again rest for 3 minutes.

Then for the next 5 sets take rest of 25s only after each set. Again rest for 3 minutes.
.
Then in the last now reduce the rest time only to 20 seconds and do 5 sets.

Note - This timing will work for you if you have some experience otherwise you can increase rest between each set if it seems too hard.
