I think its good so many of these pokemon are getting banned, its gets boring when all the teams looks pretty much the same. I just wish Rillaboom and Incineroar were also on the list

So basically no legendary mons. Which is interesting to see since most mons that got powercreeped are coming back like palafin.

I like these types of formats where legendaries and legendary adjacent groups (Paradox/UB) are banned because it feels like the type of format you would have in the Pokemon world where only a handful of people would even see some of these rare Pokemon let alone catch and train said Pokemon

Ayyy Reg A+ as expected! As you said, going straight to double restricted would be too soon because then there really isn’t anywhere to go other than “just more restricted”, which could be interesting but would be wild.

I'm surprised Empoleon didn't make the list. Ground- and Electric-types are meager, there's still some solid Intimidate users to punish, and its a Water-type that isn't weak to Grass. That all has to count for something, right?

Not saying that it will be top tier or anything, but surely it's at least usable?
