Can you please explain in English?
230v positive cycle, current returns 0 v. Negative cycle 230v still flowing in same direction and the current is returning against the negative 230v? I'm confused would be very happy if could explain in English.

if possible can you give an explanation using negative value as an opposite direction instead of it as a real negative value

I have a doubt, this voltage PlusV, and MinusV are not flowing at the same time. Half part TwentyFive cycles postvV and other TwntyFive cycles, minusV. These TwentyFive cycles changes, have a time difference in microseconds. So P&N voltages do not flow at same time. Then how can add P and N equals to Zero?

But we can measure it with clamp meter on the neutral side

If there is 230V at neutral, we will get shock if touches N.
