You are forgetting about the CC loot from wars, which is excluded from the cap. So what is the actual amount that can be raided from a TH 10?? 2, 000, 000 max in a CC, 5% being lootable, so you need to add another 100, 000 gold and 100, 000 elixir to your max amount for the new loot system, meaning it is actually (assuming your other numbers and figuring was correct), 2, 052, 000 - so a 2M+ raid is still possible with the new loot system, it is just Very unlikely.

How is that builders hut at the end 2% when all buildings in town hall 10 are 1.3% and ive seen a hack where you can set an amount of loot you want and take it and how do you record whats on your screen just asking

1. you forgot dark elixer 2. this may seem impossinle, but what if it was a TH 2 stealing the max amount of loot. Then it would be like 500% :P

nice breakdown but the part about bigger farms on average isnt working out for me right now. i was doing great at th8, maxed base, got 6 mil in gold and elixir going into th9. but ever since i hit 9 its been rare to find a guy with 100k in anything. really sucks for me because at th8 i only settled for guys with 200k in something. so th9 has been a horrible slow grind so far, i rushed th7 and almost rushed 8 but i canceled the upgrade before it finished but now im like fuck dude lol no loot no where. from silver 2 to gold 1 just nothing

Dude, I would like to ask you about how much loot can be stolen on a town hall 8 dark elixir. I'm currently at 1400 trophies and I have 15k dark elixir in my storage and I always collect from my drills. Why does raiders get 1k+ dark elixir from me? Back then @15k DE, they would only get 600-750 DE but now they would get 1k+. The raiders are usually TH 8 and 9.
I would be very happy if you would answer my question since I'm really scared how much they can get if I saved 60k DE for my golem. Should I increase my trophy range?

right now I'm farming, and I thought it would be a good idea to wait for my level 6 elixir pumps to get 300, 000 elixir for an upgrade I need. How do you calculate the time needed to collect 300, 000 elixir

So let me get this strait, there is no loot bonus % or loot penalty percent for attacking a town hall above or below yours? So a TH 10 attacking a TH  10 would have the same amount of loot available as if a TH 6 attacked a TH 10?  the same goes for the opposite. If a TH 10 attacks a TH 7, assuming they have the same amount of containers and collectors with the same amount of stuff in them, it will be the same amount as if the TH 7 attacked a TH 10. Long story short, is there any downside to upgrading your town hall early instead of once you've maxed everything out to stay as low of a TH as possible for the loot bonus of attacking up and the loot penalty for attacking down
