You can’t use the code for transformation as evidence of difference of character, it is supposed to be the character transforming, but that is a nightmare to code, so most of the time game devs will pull one under the floor and pull the other out of the floor

As steel wool studios stated in a interview the start of the game is the fnaf on tour episodes and not showtime therefore the sun and moon transition at the end of episode 2 is cannon and therefore they are the same person theory debunked

Okay, my theory is that moon is the nap time/night time attendant and sun is the daytime so moon is more of the responsible type and sun was more irresponsible. (just my theory not trying to hate:D)
