Rip Original shma Kotm Head, you were replaced “for no good reason” with the abomination that is that second shma head.

Great video btw!

"Why is godzilla all blue?"
"He's on that good ol' atomic crack"
I agree with all of this!
I think the blu-ray is the best one but atomic crack godzilla also looks good!

One of my problems with this mold is he is not bulky enough

I rly feel like both Shma and hiya definitely degraded in quality but both of their recent releases fix most of the issues that arose

The poster color version is just peak 10/10 shma figure (I own it)

My opinion:

1. Godzilla poster color version 2019
2. Godzilla pre - evolved 2024
3. Godzilla 2021
4. Godzilla supercharge blue 2019
5. Thermo godzilla 2019
6. Godzilla 2019
7. Godzilla night color version

( Godzilla poster color version wins🏆🥇, who is your favorite shma godzilla?, let me know down the comments😉👌 )

Great video man! I personally feel like the initial release for G19 is overall the best, but perhaps that’s because I got a copy with little to no Q/C issues or oddities. It’s just a massive step up from the 2014 figure, and even that one I still own and like quite a bit. It’s clear that Bandai really made sure to nail it as best as they could with G19, and we got what I think was the best figure from their KotM line, and it was only $90 at the time! Interestingly enough, though, I think that G14 and G19 share the same or very similar legs and thighs, mold-wise? They may be completely different, production-wise, but they look nigh identical, which I guess would make sense.

A close second would be Burning Godzilla, I love how the entire figure is cast in a very reactive translucent plastic that absolutely explodes with color as soon as a light source hits it. Yet, despite that, the paint is applied in a way that almost makes the figure seem to *not* be translucent under normal lighting conditions. Very cool effect, and my personal copy also has this custom black wash applied across all of it, which really gives it some juicy depth. So much so that, I thought it was official at first.

Once again though, man, great video, and a really fascinating insight from someone who owns all of the versions of this mold. And, it’s great to see that we now have a really, really good and nigh spot on MV Godzilla for Monsterarts with Evolved!

Poster color is easily best, followed by event exclusive, then either burning or base.

I would get a custom head for my GvK Godzilla with a non blue mouth but, I have fun with it.

I always wanted an sh monsterarts Godzilla 2019, but I never managed to get one. Then I managed to get the one from gvk And even though I already have 26 figures from sh, godzilla 2021 remains my favorite to this day, despite its flaws (it was my first sh monsterarts after all)

If I could get GXKs spines on the Gvk body paint' I'd be happy

Do you know what paints you used for the Gvk Godzilla Zetto head?

The custom head looks great, but the angle of it is a little too low.

I am glad I got the sh monsterarts burning Godzilla 2019 figure it looks great and sad that I don’t have the shma Godzilla 2019 figure and I also noticed that Bandai/tamashi nations have definitely use the burning Godzilla 2019 mold for the 2021 Godzilla and so on I can really tell by the melted face from what I heard from the articulation series channel he said that the Godzilla 2019 mold has been retired which is really shocking

I have 4 out of the 7. The regular Godzilla 2019 which was my first S.H.MonsterArts figure the 2019 Burning Godzilla the 2021 Godzilla VS Kong variation and the 2024 Godzilla X Kong Pre-Evolved version. I honestly feel I have enough S.H.MonsterArts Legendary Godzillas unless they re-issue the 2014 I don't think I necessarily need any more.

The best Legendary Godzilla is hands down Hiya. It's accurate, affordable, and fun to handle (won't fall apart in your hands like shma). It's wild to me that people are willing to pay the high price for shma, and then spend more on replacement parts for thise same figures. If you got the money power to you haha. I'd rather put it towards other, better figures. I collect shma, and have the og '19, burning '19, and GvK Goji, so I'm not a hater. The best shma Godzilla's I own are Minus One (which i know some hated. I got lucky with a hugh quality copy), and '72.

If you want an accurate, fun, and affordable Legendary goji, go to Hiya. If you want something slightly more articulated, a bit more detail, and don't mind the quality control issues go for shma. You'll just need twice as much cash 💸

Bandai should really change such laziness, they would really screw up without any improvement in the future
