I tried the T-mobile network for about a month with their sim. Today I switched back to sprint network. T-Mobile doesn’t have the service coverage that I thought it would. They will let you switch back and forth. All you have to do is call customer care. As long as you keep your SIM card for sprint…

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! We have three phones on Sprint……I switched the SIM card in one last night and got NO SERVICE!!!! Found your video this morning, put the old Sprint SIM card back in, and guess what???? I HAD MY SEVICE BACK!!!!

The phone I swapped belonged to my son we lost a couple of years ago, and I was so afraid everything was gone! But, you mentioned November, so I switched back.

Thanks for this video! I was just about to switch because I saw on my account that I was elegible for a new Tmobile Sim and I thought, why not but then I started to think, I have no idea what coverage at my house and office is for Tmobile so I looked up this video. My sprint coverage is great and both my home and office so I'm not switching it until I have to.

What's going on is that sprint customers are getting the worst connectivity on their phones, like really 1 bar of service and you as a sprint customer are being asked by sprint to go to t mobile so you can get better connectivity, but in reality you can change to t mobile if you want to but you will not still be on the t mobile network untill you pay off your sprint phone or phones, after you pay up your phone or phones to sprint then you can become a "real boy" with t mobile connectivity, t mobile will not see your account untill this happens, after you pay up to sprint then you can pay more for a another t mobile phone and pay more for your service with t mobile, what kind of game does that sound like to you?

Plain & Simple. Its not a "flag" every single sprint customer will have this offer if they are on the correct plan. It is not to lower speeds or anything in that sense. Yes they are making moves to convert everyone to a tmobile sim and everyone with brains knew that was going to be coming with the merger. This benefits All Sprint Customers where tmobile has better speeds not just a targeted group.

Towards the end of 2020, I put two T-Mobile SIM cards in two of the phones on my account. The gentleman that was assisting me told me to hold onto the cards "just in case". A week later, I truly appreciated his honesty. I was missing calls, struggling to send text messages and had issues receiving messages, multimedia messages. I had to constantly restart my phone. After a week, I went back to the Sprint SIM cards. Service was fine again.

In March of this year, I was told I had to migrate permanently... I did so. The service is just as bad the first time I swapped SIM cards. I've been with Sprint since 2003, and may consider changing companies if nothing changes.

This is the truth. I hated t-mobile service the moment I left NYC, ended up at sprint and the service was great.The moment I heard the merger was happening, I was mad as hell.

I’ve been with Sprint over 21 years, I get text messages that I need to swap out my sim for T-Mobile sim but I ignore the texts. T-Mobile has sent me so far 4 sims 😂. They just pile up. I’m not switching, I’ll wait until my phone dies then go to spectrum or AT&T…

I work at T-Mobile. You won't be eligible for TNX it your device isn't compatible but it also goes based on where you use your phone. If your T-Mobile service isn't good in your area, a message in our system says you can not use T-Mobile due to your area not having adequate T-Mobile coverage yet.

The reason I have Sprint is because other companies, namely Tmo, ATT, Verizon... charged fees in the lower southern States and the upper northern States. They said we were in another country while still in the US. That cost was by the minute.

None of those fees happened with Sprint. This is from 2010 until 2021.
