I’ve been on the sprints grandfathered plan for years, true unlimited everything. If I can keep that plan and get new better coverage then I’m all for it

Awesome! My Sprint coverage hasn't been all that great compared to my old Verizon coverage so hopefully this will help out

A few months ago I switched from T-Mobile to Sprint because Sprint has the best plans and best ways of getting new phones . I didn't really notice a difference in speed . My switch is paying off now because I have a much better plan and can use TMobile service again .

I've been with Sprint since 2006. I've been reading about the whole merger for years hence why I stayed with Sprint. I jumped on the whole unlimited guaranteed for life when the merger talks started to boil up. Hopefully that guarantee for life is real.

Sprint is garbage. I feel like sprint is mostly winning in this scenario

I have been with Sprint for over 20 years. I have never been disconnected for non payment and I have purchased at least 15 phones from Sprint. I went to them to purchase the new a 20 note and initially they wanted me to pay a down payment for the phone. I was extremely insulted. I've never had a credit line.. if I haven't proven my credit worthiness in 20 years then they shouldn't be doing business with me. Sprint never treated me this way. And when I made that purchase they did credit me for the down payment that i was expected to pay. If this is the way they are going to treat customers that made Sprint so successful then they are going to lose a lot of clients. This type of customer service is the reason why I was never a T-Mobile customer in the 1st place. Sprint has the best customer service out of every provider and by merging with T-Mobile I believe that things are only going to get worse and for the 1st time in 20 years I will be changing cellular companies. Because I do not see T-Mobile as being a company that I want to give my loyalty to.

In El Paso, Texas, Sprint’s coverage was terrible; virtually no signal in large areas. After the merger, I can now use my phone!!!

Boost (DISH) Also just got a better deal with ATT to use their towers and more aggressive, lower prices. So now they are on T-MO AND AT&T

I've been with Sprint since like 1997. They've always had issues, but Sprint always had the deals IMO. I have no complaint about this merger as long as I can keep getting the same service (or better) for the same price (or less). As soon as that stops being true I'll leave.

2:00 I've never seem graffiti on a cell transponder before. You have to love American innovation.

That is interesting! I wonder how it will affect people who live in rural areas? I live out in the rural area. AT&T works good here but there are certain areas where it does not. All of the providers need to go to the slow areas and put bigger towers.

I would love this except big TelCos are almost all predatory at the nuts and bolts level. If they could regulate billing practices more thoroughly, these mergers might be good. Not holding my breath.

I just picked up a Galaxy S20 Ultra from Sprint, so I'm excited to see how T-Mobile 5G performs.

I'm getting tired and I wish the authorities or government would come in and investigate and file a suit against sprint, cricket, and straight talk.

All I know is Sprint was the last major company using CDMA phones. If you buy one of these phones, you're unlikely to be able to use calling unless your phone has an alternative calling technology such as USPS, GSM or LTE with VoLTE. I bought a CDMA phone here in Canada and can't get calling anywhere, so it's just a 2nd wifi phone.
