Move the microphone higher up and clip it either on the necktie or on the lapel closest to the guest. Otherwise you will always be speaking away from the microphone. The writer submits a manuscript, the publisher publishes the book. When framing your shot try to give speaking room. In these sorts of interviews you shouldn't shoot either individual with a profile that doesn't allow us to see both of their eyes. Your black levels look too high. The video levels look too high on the two shot. It appears that too much light is reflecting off of the white table. Place your key lights on the outside. The shadows are really odd.

Why does almost everyone at Yale Daily News have lisps and insist on interviewing people on camera? This is the second student interviewer that I've seen on this channel with a lisp. You boys are really shooting for the stars, eh?
