➡️First CJ - sir elijah Impey
➡️First indian to clear civil services - satyendra nath Tagore
➡️ LORD WARREN HASTINGS & lord william bentick
➡️The partition of Bengal took place in the year 1905. The reason for the partition was that the British colonial government was struggling to administrate the huge region of Bengal province and wanted to make it smaller and divide the Hindu and Muslim communities . It was done by lord Curzon.

I want to correct one thing and this is Britishers got the charter from Queen Elizabeth in the year 1600. They didn't come to India in that same year. However, they came in 1608
