That elevator indicator is hopefully fixed by now!

This vintage of Schindler controller had a battery issue and would revert to default floor numbering starting at 1 if there was a power interruption.  I don't know but my guess is that they had to come out and reprogram this after such a failure and just happened to make the top floor "S" instead of "SK".  They've given up on resetting the elevator at the Duluth 10 Movie Theatre.  The floors are supposed to be "LL" and "UL".  They quit reprograming that elevator long ago and the PI just displays "1" and "2" now which are the default.  Hopefully they replaced the battery on this one.  Either way, the floors would be off by one number until intervention as the bottom floor is "2" on this one but would revert to "1" after such a failure.  Oh my GOD I ramble on and on!!

why is the bottom floor 2 and not 1 or G?
