Iteration 1 - A Sci-Fi Short Film

Iteration 1 is a sci-fi film directed by Jesse Lupini and written by Jesse Lupini & Lucas Kavanagh. It stars Katharine Isabelle as Anna - a woman who wakes up in a strange, futuristic facility and must solve a series of bizarre puzzles in order to escape. It was created as part of the 2016 Crazy8s Film Event, and therefore all shooting and post production was completed within only 8 days.

Iteration 1 had it's world premiere at the Crazy8s Gala in Vancouver.

Interesting to compare this version versus the one on the Dust channel - somewhat different edit. This version is a couple minutes longer, a couple extra or longer scenes. Somewhat different sound editing as well. Different emphasis and feel, this shows more of how baffled she is about this situation, the character aware of how bizarre it was and wanting a return to normal life, while the Dust version felt more matter-of-fact, and the character seemingly not aware of normal life, as though a sentience created for some sort of experiment.

If you think about it, there isnt really a timer, because they have an unlimited amount of time.
