Unlawful orders are a topic covered in law enforcement education in virtually all police academies. Deputies, state troopers, detention officers, and many other LE personnel are taught that despite the rank and structure of a PD, cops are not required to follow unlawful and unethical orders. So, this video is about what a LEO should actually do if they are given an illegal order, and the difference between an order that violated the law, and one that just violates common sense.

I was hoping the content would explain what a civilian can do when given an order by a LEO was unlawful or coerced under threat of arrest, send children to CPS, etc. Thanks for your videos.

I won't enforce unconstitutional orders like arrest warrants for child support. I only enforce consitutional orders that involve actual crimes like battery, assault etc.... If two men agree to fight fairly, that's their business.
