Have you seen the G31 remote (Bluetooth) that also comes with the VSee Max boxes? I am having trouble programming mine. Once I do the TV first to turn the TV ON/OFF, I then go to the remote for the sound bar and program the volume up and down controls. After doing all of that, the power button on the G31 remote controls the volume on the sound bar either UP or DOWN, depending on which function I programmed last in the sequence. And, it doesn't control the TV either. Note: The programming is similar on this G31, but there is one less button, in that there is no SET button.

my regular tv remote won't sync up with my vseebox remote, it won't turn on.

Hello. Up until recently I used the TV remote to turn on the Samsung. Then I click HOME on the V See remote to get straight to the APPS to select HEAT LIVE or HEAT VOD. All of a sudden,
the V See remote failed to do anything. I have had to unplug and then re-plug the HDMI from the box and pretty much start the device detection over again to get to the APPS.
Have you seen that happen before?
Also, I upgraded the internet from 300 to 500 mbs for better speed. Is there a reason the LIVE streams relatively well but the VOD constantly buffers? It's very frustrating if I'm trying to watch a series. Thanks!

So, why doesn't the channel up and down and all the other buttons on the remote not work for controlling the vSeeboxes? Is there additional programming needed for them too?

We just got a Vseebox V2 pro, we installed and our microphone/voice control isn’t working. We paired the remote with the bluetooth in settings and still nothing. The remote also freezes occasionally where none of the buttons work except the home screen. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Perhaps we just got a bad one. Amazon has sent a message to the company and I am waiting for them to respond. I suppose the problem could be with the box but not sure.

It worked for the volume up/down, and input but not for the power button. Everytime i try it, as soon as i hit the power button on TV remote, the blue light goes off and doesnt blink. Trying to connect to a vizio remote XRT020 which is original remote

The “i” info button does not provide a description of the tv program or movie i am watching. Pressing the button does nothing. Is that something that i have to set up?

The bottom of the 2 lights doesn't come on for me. I managed to somehow get the TV power button programmed, but I cannot get the volume buttons. My vSee remote is not reforming as in the video.
