Her full name is Aurora Aksnes and she is from Norway, and she was 21 here and is 27 now. She is the one doing The Voice in the Disney movie Frozen II calling Elsa Into The Unknown.
She writes all her music and lyrics, and she is currently working on her 4th album and also has 2 EPs released.

There is an a cappella version of this song on her main channel called Vevo UK Lift with even more amazing harmonies (imo).

She is closer of then you think... Aurora, dispite her angelic voice and her innocent look is deeply a metal rock head. She love hard metal. Aurora (Aurora Aksnes) is a Norwegian singer/songwriter/dancer and music producer born on the 15 of June 1996, so she was 21 years old in this amazingly beautiful concert.

She started writing music after finding an old electric piano in the attic at the age of 6, and she added lyrics (English) at the age of 9.

She’s self taught when it comes to singing and playing piano, and her family didn’t know about her talent until she was about 14 years old.

Her breakthrough song is “Runaway”, she wrote it when she was 11 years old, and it means a lot to her.

Nidarosdomen is a cathedral in Norway, the burial church of the Viking King St. Olav (Olav Haraldson) who christianized Norway.

This concert is perfect in every single way. Aurora, her band mates, the orchestra, the male choir and the production. You can’t go wrong with any of the songs she sang.

This is the largest medieval cathedral in Northern Europe. Under it is the burial place of Olav the Holly, a Viking that attacked London, Canterbury, Normandie in France, Wessex (etc.) before converting to Christianity and returning to Norway to gather us into one nation before getting killed at the Battle of Stikklestad in 1030. The Cathedral took around 230 years to build and finished around 1300 AD. A pretty rock and roll venue, in other words.

Aurora is fiercer and emotionally more unforgiving than Viking history though, when you dive into her. 100% real deal.

Nidarosdomen is the cathedral of Trondheim, Norway (Nidaros is the old name of Trondheim).
The female backing vocals are done by Silja Sol, who is currently pursuing her career on her own. We don't see her enough in this concert, but obviously there are much going on to film. This whole concert is a masterpiece, at all levels. But really, you've seen just a tiny part of her musical world, which is vast and varied.

This was set in Norway at the 2015 Nobel peace prize awards. I was lucky enough to attend and it was the first time I met AURORA. We have been friends now for years and counting. She’s an amazing person inside and out with such empathy, and 50 caring personality a true angel, walking on earth
