I lived in the caribbean as a child, but never have been back. It was of course, a paradise for me back then. Often wondered what it would be like to return as an adult. Would it darken those memories? Thank you, Alison for sharing your recent travels. It is inspiring and lends positivity to the notion of me going back someday.

She is incredible…this girl can make a grown man cry…she brings out emotions that I never knew I had…can’t explain it…and I always thought I was one tough SOB…

I've been worried about crying at her concerts (Norwegian, so I do see her live occasionally), and had managed avoid it, until the last concert I went to in march. Some tears during this exact song. Totally different version from this, but beautiful as always. Knowing who she is as a person, and that it's not about making hits for her, makes her music special. She writes when something affects or bothers her. Safe travels! 😊

True heart and soul = Aurora.... 100% - This is a "easy" song to understand, there is more of hers that are more hidden / dificult. But Aurora sometimes tell us what SHE ment with the song, but she also loves US to find our own "hidden tresures" / meaning of her songs.

I have lived a while.... I am fan of Elvis (I was 7 when he died), Queen, Springsteen, Chis De Burgh, and many others, but nobody I ever have seen get's so deep into my hear and soul as Aurora does. I actually met her on the street when I was in her home town Bergen. I have NEVER had problem speaking to ANYBODY, but when I met her I froze, I did not get a word out.... That is not logical, she is one of the nicest people in the univers, and nothing to be afraid talking to. Honestly: I thing it was my "defence system" that shut me down, if you start talking now you will start crying... NOBODY does that to me... Other than Aurora. I have no idea why I react like that...

I was standing 3 meters from her mother, father and one of her sisters at a concert, I so wanted to go up to them and shake their hands and thank them for supporting Aurora, to give us this fantastic gift that is her art. Espessially her mother that urged her to not hide her art from the world. I honestly belive her art is a gift to human kind. Big words, I I did not do it, I was "too afraid", that is also very stupid, they seem to be very nice people....

Beautiful, beautiful reaction ❤
These feelings are shared with a lot of people today, I'm sure about it. And I guess among every single one of her fans😊 Aurora is my second favourite female singer, after Angelina Jordan. They both transmit feelings in a way that most artists don't. Enjoy your trip👍👍
Much love and respect from Norway 🇳🇴❤🇳🇴❤🇳🇴❤

This whole concert is just incredible for me it simply should be on everyone’s Bucket list.I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve watched it and it never fails to move emotions in me like nothing else has ever done, as a 68 year old guy and having seen Aurora live 3 times in concert I’ve run out of superlatives in describing how amazing an artist she is so I have no hesitation in saying that Aurora is the best singer songwriter and the true essence of what the art of music should be all about a Genius ❤️🍎

I felt all the exact same feelings you felt. Aurora has a grip on my heart and instantly makes my eyes tear up every time. There's something about the purity of her voice and her overall aura...she's somehow simultaneously both childlike and the wisest old soul around. Enjoy your trip to the states! If you find yourself in Seattle happy to buy you a drink and talk music!

She’s starting her world tour today in Milan and will be playing in Brisbane 13.02.25. If you have the chance you really need to NOT miss her live show. It leaves you drained in the best way possible. Every emotion in less then two hours ♥️
Thank you for your emotions ♥️

This song never fails to make me cry. She seems to really FEEL her songs, and you can see it in her gestures, how she moves, her facial expressions and how she twists and turns her vocals. But she’s even more interesting. Some of her songs I’ve seen sung with completely different vibes, and they still work oh, so well. It’s like she picks up on how different people will interpret her words.

I love that she kinda turns in the song she is singing, like an elemental avatar of SONG and sound. I love that!

Aurora is a true artist. She sometimes sings about dark things but it still sounds beautiful ❤

Superb performance and magical setting..the accoustics of old Cathedral make it both haunting and live.. it reminds me a little of Forence and the machines performance at the Royal Abert Hall early on in her career. 🧙🏻‍♂️🇬🇧

As for this lady maybe you should here her sing with her viking friends.

AURORA always does something to me that in German is called "Kopfkino". You can roughly translate it as "head cinema". There are images and emotions that seem to come out of nowhere. Not many musicians do that to me.
Greetings from the Black Forest.

all the ways you describe her music hit me so viscerally, seeing that I am an Aurora/Eos devotee. she's definitely an incarnate dawn goddess imo
