Why doesn't the What'sApp calls ring whennthe phone goes to sleepmode? I seem to miss lots of important calls when phone is in sleep mode. 🙄 Can this be fixed, did I miss a setting? 🤔

My son purchased aP30 pro(512GB)for me in Malaysia during the month of Aug. 19. The problem with the set is, the volume from peak level drops to so low within 3-4seconds, the sound becomes not at all audile (as such the volume of the speaker is too low even if we compare with cheapest hand sets). If I use an earphone or a blue tooth set, then the sound levels will be consistsant and stable . Since there is no International guarantee or warranty, here in India, Huwaei server centres are not taking up the issue. Who can help me? I am really disappointed with the performance of Huwaei's flagship phone, having spent a huge amount on this phone.
