I Tested Rick's Tie-Dye Butter Cookies: Bon Appétit Review #50
Показать описание
Today I’m testing Rick Martinez’s recipe for tie-dye butter cookies developed from the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen. These cutout cookies are super tender and buttery. Their taste and texture is somewhere between a shortbread cookie and a sugar cookie. Melt-in-your-mouth tenderness with the perfect amount of sweetness. The tie-dye icing technique is fun to do and allows for lots of creativity. I used plant-based powdered food coloring, but this technique would absolutely work with conventional liquid-gel food coloring.
