0.0 seconds. In response to:

I was only able to get 0.02 and 0.0, nothing in between on a 64 tick server. Was going to say something clever about 128 tick rounding to smaller numbers but I don't know why it would do that.

c4 timer was set to 10 seconds since this sort of thing could take a while otherwise!

if it was done ingame, wouldn't that make result irrelevant since the timescale was altered?
0.008 seconds or w/e the old "record" is was done in a game with the standard timescale.

but then again, the slowmo was probably done in post.
