The Aria looks like if an airport and a convention center had a baby. Bellagio all the way!

Aria still wins for me. Bellagio definitely has the better pool and wins for attractions but I prefer the modern vibe of Aria better. Like someone commented below, they're in the process of renovating their rooms and they already completed the sky suites (which look amazing, btw).

Aria has a better range of restaurants. I love fine dining but sometimes you just want a slice of pizza. Aria has both covered. I also think their patisserie is better.

Just based on personal experience, I've also had better luck at Aria's casino. The one thing that's missing from Aria is entertainment. They need to have a house show, not just a nightclub.

Nicely done comparison. As others have mentioned, you may need to revisit this topic next year, once Aria has finished their room renovations. As far as the basic rooms are concerned, I like the Aria bathrooms better, but the colors and finishes at Bellagio better. The Aria rooms are, for me, more suited to business travelers and the Bellagio rooms for leisure travel.

One category I would disagree on is shopping, but that’s because my budget doesn’t stretch to high end, luxury brands. I prefer Bellagio for having closer access to the Miracle Mile shops and restaurants as well as closer access to CVS and Walgreens.

For much the same reasons I would give Aria the edge when it comes to dining: Aria has more mid-priced dining options. Plus, my unending hatred of Snacks at Bellagio makes me a bit biased. 😁

I do appreciate the tram connecting Bellagio to Aria, Crystals and NoMad/Park MGM, and that their is an indoor walkway from Aria to NoMad/Park MGM. Really, all of these properties are worth staying at.

Love the classical elegance of Bellagio. It wins in my book.

One thing you didn’t compare is customer service and this is where Bellagio blows Aria out of the water. We stayed at Aria in May and were so disappointed with the staff interactions. We never felt welcome there and always felt like a nuisance. At Bellagio right from the check in we were treated like gold. Everyone was happy to help and I never felt like I was bothering anyone when asking for assistance. For that alone I won’t be staying at Aria anytime soon!

I just got back from Vegas and split my stay between Vdara and Bellagio. Most of my time this trip was spent hanging out at Aria and Bellagio. It was a great time at the pools in all 3 properties. Even though the Bellagio is not considered city center you can really include it with your time at city center and have a great time at all the properties. I agree with you on the Bellagio pools especially from someone who is 55 years old. I also really enjoyed the Vdara pool. Great video!

I wanted to say, "Hello!", and "I love your channel!". I totally misjudged your channel. You are so cool and down to earth. You aren't pompous or pretentious. You are well spoken and entertaining. Your expectations are commensurate with whatever you're reviewing.

I hope I get to say HI and give you a big hug in real life one day (not in a creepy way). You are so cool, and I hope your channel blows up. Best wishes from Arizona!

Agreed. My favorite time to stay at Bellagio is during December, as they do Christmas better than any other hotel.

If you look up 'ellegant' in the dictionary, a photo of the Bellagio will appear there. This is Steve Wynn's greatest creation by far. Lots of tastey food options and the fountain show is breathtaking.
This is one of the good ones guys. Worth the price tag for a room upgrade too. The fountain view suite was amazing.
Julian Serranos resteraunt was the highlight of my trip, and Sadelles may be the best breakfast option on the strip!

In April I stayed at Aria remodeled corner suite, also a remodeled sky suite . June stayed in a wrap around suite at Cosmo, and executive suite at Vdara. My favorite was the Aria corner suite but sickest view was cosmo wrap around overlooking Bellagio fountain. July got a penthouse booked for vdara

Love your channel man. Your opinion on these higher end dining options really help me plan my trips. Keep it up!

Did both as well. As far as customer service; I think its about the same. Both places offered me an upgrade. Both asked about why we were in town. Only difference was that I was waiting over an hour for a fridge delivery at the Bellagio, but overall still pretty good (not Wynn/Encore levels though). Rooms, you nailed in on the head, but I think this had a bit of bias at the time because the Spa Tower rooms were only recently renovated. Those rooms were still in pretty bad shape, but the Aria is in definite need of an upgrade. Also give restaurants to Aria, only because they actually try to offer lower/mid dining tier options (which is nice considering there less than desirable location).

Really great comparison! I definitely agree with your opinions on both. Aria feels more like a convention/business focused property. I do like the casino though. Bellagio does still have that classic traditional elegance. Any thoughts on the spas? And Jewel night club at Aria?

Glad Bellagio rooms have been updated, they needed it. Have you visited London? We have a good selection of hotels with fine dining.
