Its basically the idea of standing up on a stage versus simply talking to someone right next to you. You have to speak up and be a little more energetic because people are watching you when it comes to the former. It makes sense when you're essentially a performer. Or I suppose a comedian? I mean, it does make sense. The amount of energy you're putting in can make the same voice sound quite different in subtle ways. I wouldn't say she sounds "completely" different, but getting a different energy than you're used to from someone can be jarring to people. Like that quiet coworker you have that suddenly belts when the karaoke machine comes out.

Cute doggo is cute. I love how she's using the twitter space before sleeping, it's kinda' like how some viewers listen to the ASMRs or just to a plain live stream (or even karaoke if you're that hardcore or something lmao) before sleeping, but this time the viewer and liver/streamer's positions are switched and she's using streaming to fall asleep. Interesting strategy considering she does have a record of dozing off during streams before (most of them were after she got drunk or after a really tiring day though so I don't think streaming was the biggest factor)

I think voice acting is a normal and essential part of the hololive experience. They are virtual "anime characters", as we call them, after all. That said, they don't have to "do the voice" every moment. But Korone always sounds like Korone, whither in a soft tone or more enthusiastic. Someone like Fubuki, though, can do multiple voices, lol.
