Growing HOLLYHOCKS from SEED to FLOWERS (time lapse)

Hollyhocks have been a beautiful addition to our backyard garden, and they also add a nice vertical element to our array of flowers. We've grown a variety of colors in our North Texas garden, Zone 8a. Hollyhocks can grow in Zones 3 through 9. This video takes you through how we grow them from seed to full blossom and then harvesting seeds. We also get some "volunteer" plants from seeds that have dropped the previous year.
