501 & 514 are the models that suit you the best overall. The straighter fit gives your legs a better silhouette than those pairs that have a closer cut like 511, 512, 510.

I picked up Made in Japan 511s at a Levi’s store in Scottsdale, Arizona. My second pair, with an all black leather label. Interestingly, the Label on my new jeans states, “Made in Japan” vs my first, which states “Made and Crafted.” Dark Navy selvedge, wearing them now. Love them!

514 looks best here, but I like my jeans with buttonfly especially heavyweight ones

I don't buy Levi's anymore because they added stretch to the 514 and they also changed the cut of the 514. I have several old pairs, all 100 percent cotton with the "slim straight" tag sewn on inside of back waistband, and tags all say "made in Mexico", Levi's stopped making these so I stopped buying their garbage jeans. When these have to be retired I suppose I'll buy Lee

No 505? 501 or 505 might be my fav. 502 close 3rd. Honorable mention to the 510 from back in my emo kid days lol
