If this did not work for you. You need to update your drivers for your bluetooth with intel and asus. (Whichever system your using). If that still doesn’t correct the issue you need to do a BIOS update. And that should correct your issue. I would contact tech support so they can guide you on what is correct to install for your device. Took me about an hour but it can all be done on a live chat with tech support.

Nothing in this video solved it for me, but updating motherboard chipset drivers was what solved it for me.

Hey Just asking, on 1:20 you said that we should select automatic for Bluetooth User Support Service and when I do and click Apply a small window pops up saying that the parameter is incorrect and it keeps poping up when I try to select OK on the User Support Service button no mater if I previously selected Manual, Automatic or anything else soo what the hell am I suposed to do. can anyone help a brother out please
