A local delicacy featuring lamb intestines roasted over an open fire, seasoned with thyme and red pepper, and served on a warm baguette
🐟 Balik Durum
A delectable grilled fish wrap with a fresh catch from the Bosphorus River. The fish is expertly deboned, grilled, and wrapped with fresh veggies, spices, and pomegranate molasses!
