I clicked d this because I've own the knife set that comes in a set of two, one of those knives and a boot knife.
Those two knives are still getting use, I had no idea it was made this well.

Guys just a tip, don’t overheat the steel, especially when grinding, slow down a little bit .
I understand that time is money but overheated steel loses carbon !

I once bought a damascus knife from a shop just like this.
The Damascus peeled like an onion 🧅 and I could NEVER get a edge on it.

In defense of the team whos employment is to make the knives .. I think they are mainly meant for display or collection. One point that is nice .. the "Damascus style" finish is achieved by actually folding different steels together and honestly forging it, ... not painted on like many replicas.
