Maximum driving pleasure is the DNA of the BMW M2 Coupé. The high-performance sports car is compact, powerful, agile and highly emotional. These qualities are reinterpreted in a modern and distinctive design language. The update underlines this character with added performance and dynamic. The new BMW M2 takes its drive concept of a straight-six engine, six-speed manual gearbox (optional) and classical rear-wheel drive – a unique proposition among its rivals – to a new stage of evolution. The engine now delivers 353 kW/480 hp. A total of eight new exterior colors are available for the revised BMW M2 Coupé, including four exclusive BMW Individual colors, that are being offered for the first time at the BMW Group plant in San Luis Potosi.

I love Mexico and its people, but it’s disappointing that an M car like the M2 is built in Mexico and not Germany. Sure it’s a global economy, but that’s fine for regular cars. M cars should be built in Bavaria by Germans. It’s like a Rolex made in India. Just doesn’t sound right.
