Asir sir, you are absolutely right. EVs are not pollution free. In fact, a study was conducted in the UK where they found out you have to drive an ev 80, 000kms just to set off the pollution that takes place during the production of the battery. Hybrid engines use small batteries and existing engines making them much more environmentally friendly. Also, recently Rory from autotrader did a video where he showed how much more cost effective and efficient hybrids are as compared to EVs. Thank you so much for pointing this out.
