Idk about all these other comments, but big W, the two are incredibly similar rn with the recent manga when they had a sparring match with each other, ending with essentially a draw, but I give the edge to goku because of skill gap

Gohan was able to move faster than PUI Goku which is Goku's strongest transformation and putting TUI (which in reality is just UI sign) up against Gohan Beast is a death wish

Imo, beast was struggling against MUI/PUI, and goku wasnt even trying, only testing his powers, but beast gohan powered up so much, his speed was more than UI's dodge, but ImO, MUI > beast cuz goku wasnt even trying, and TUI would be a mid diff i think

gohan struggled against MUI that is (at least by now) weaker than TUI by a gigantic margin and goku was more of testing gohan than actually trying to beat him so we can assume if he turned TUI he would have won and he knew that

Goku gets Mastery. TUI is literally the complete mastery of UI. Plus Gohan only used beast once (3 times in the manga) so Goku has more mastery over his form than him.

In the DBS Manga, Whis and Beerus stated that Perfected MUI Goku is actually his strongest and he was using that in the fight since TUI Aint mastered. We can see both of them sparring at full power. We can now see that Beast Gohan is stronger than Mastered Ultra Instinct and also near Perfected MUI Level.
