Yes, I'm saying that, if you listen for it, you'll find many Americans use both for the noun (and sometimes both for the verb).

I know it's not in dictionaries, but Americans commonly pronounce the noun both ways, sort of like how the same English speaker might pronounce "the" as "thee" or "thugh" without much rhyme or reason.
