I am half Italian and I lost my mother to cancer at the age of 19. This song was one of my mother's favorite songs, which I had played at her funeral. December 30th is the anniversary of her death, and the Christmas season is always particularly sad for me. For 26 years I have been looking for an "Ave Maria", which makes me feel Christmas again. Now I've found it and I'm so happy about it.
