I think dice steak is just a mistranslation of diced steak. Diced as in cutting food into cubes, not actually meant to be dice

2:45 Can confirm, stick-spinning minigames were hell. Especially with that god forsaken N64 controller, with the hard plastic digging in, and all the spinning and banging into the 8 corners would render the stick near inoperable after only a few sessions.
