past and future goes really nicely with bronya, sparkle and speedtuned yukong. Theoretically speaking as long as you speed tune any unit to go immediately before, let's say dps yukong, the lighcone will help you buff her damage. Also I would HIGHLY recommend you try and pull for the Sparkle lightcone, since it gives a very nice crit dmg boost!

Past and Future will be great on Sparkle down the lin consiering her kit. Maybe consider putting in on whoever comes before your damage dealer?

For the past and future:
It's a very good f2p option for Bronya (I know she's not on the account yet, but when she will be, just know it's probably her best f2p option)
It's also very good for Sparkle when you get her (it won't work always, because her action forward is only 50% unlike Bronya's 100%< but it still works quite a lot, enough to put this lightcone on her)
If you speed tune Tingyun correctly, then it's a nice option too. Really, outside of Bronya and Sparkle it can work on anyone, but you'll need to speed tune them properly
