What it means is this: You get up in the morning at a time you don't want to, to drive to place you don't want to go, to do work you don't want to do, spend 9 hours staring at the clock wishing you were dead, go home and repeat. You do this day after day, year after year, decade after decade, grow old and die.

Don’t let a Christian interpret the Bible for you even if you are a Christian. Let a Rabbi interpret the Bible for you because they are not going to make it up as they go and the answer will be more or less the same no matter how many Rabbis you ask.
This guy has a very touching interpretation of the scriptures but it is by no means the prevailing understanding of any branch of Christianity nor is it capable of being supported by analysis of the scriptures.

Men and women can never truly be equal because every one has there own roles and there are ups and downs to both, what women today are really fighting for is to just try and remove the downsides of there role.

Gen 2:15 “The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.” To suggest this implies God expected man to expand the Garden is the same mistake that Eve made when she replied to the snake “You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden and you must not touch it or you will die” (Gen 3:3) - it is not only a misquote of God’s word but also appending an idea (touch) that was never said. I agree we need healthy narratives for men. However, the allegory suggested here is not only a poor interpretation of scripture it is also a potentially harmful idea.
