People seem to be interpreting this very differently to how I see it, this was during one of the recent North Korean missile crises and It looks to me like Merkel is asking Putin about the logistics or something relating to the NK missiles and he interjects to which she rolls her eyes at what he is talking about, not directed towards him

Have to remember these two leaders have a very close relationship, not always friendly but they have an apparent mutual respect of one another’s ideals and ambitions and can speak each other’s languages, so I’d find it hard to believe merkel would outright roll her eyes at him
