Compared to Hawaii prices these are super cheap, I’m interested. I want to grow veggies on the farm and live in one of these homes. I wonder how long of a drive to downtown Austin. 😀

I enjoyed your tour very much and wish it had been longer, with more detail. Sometimes the videography moves too quickly and gets a little blurry. I would love it if you would go back and take more time looking at all the details. I'm seriously thinking of settling in Austin and tinys are how I roll!

Come on $600 to 1000 a month just for the lot an the tiny house is over 80k that does not even make financial since.. is this because it’s Atx there is a prison like right across the street Man U can build a tiny for 50k tops with everything you see here including an more with a lot for 10k😂 let’s be real this is a fucked up area to pay over 100k for a tiny now put them of the lake are 360 then I would overstand the price
