It's a pleasure to present the first Sleepy Special! "Soothing Gold" is a warm sleep music track made to help you beat insomnia. I composed this music with soft rain sounds and 3Hz Binaural Beats Delta Waves for deep healing sleep.

My goal was to make a track that feels comfortable and familiar. At the side of the golden landscape and scenery, the ambient sleep music blends smooth chords and rain into a calming dreamscape, resulting in a truly soothing experience.

Music is truly the only way I can sleep at night without suffering through horrible dreams. I don't know why I get them but they are always some psychological horror type stuff that is so weird and just scary.
