As a SC citizen, i can say it was the Republican Govenor that made the ACA unaffordable for the working middle & lower class. There was nothing done for Medicaid either. If coverage had been made affordable, most people here would have been on the ACA. What we need is someone to enact laws on the insurance companies. It has been done in the past & is overdue now.
