Think of Arlecchino's ult as a way to heal. Otherwise if used, it will slow her dps significantly.

Neuvi and Arlec have their BIS weapon while Clorinde does not. I expect she would be a little bit faster than this with her BIS weapon. Still lose to Neuvi and Arlec though.

Canonically, it also makes sense that Clorinde wouldn’t be as strong as Neuvi and Arle, where both have godlike or extraterrestrial levels of power. Clorinde is still super powerful though and looks fun to play

I love how the game keeps widening and coming out with interesting new ways to play instead of just powercreeping old units. Yes there have been some instances of powercreep but its so light and people still use the old units to clear without issues. Were it pretty much any other gacha units like Xiao or Hu Tao would be worthless by now, and the money you invested to get them wasted. I hope WuWa follows this model too!

Using chlorinde against Electro boss, I am not sure if Raiden boss has electro res but if so then bad match up

Clorinde is not even close to her potential in this video, she's wihtout her weapon e without her artifacts, also she's using her usual team while the arle and neuv are using teams that are stron to "videos", so the distance bethewn these three characters is not that large, but arle and neuv are still better.
